WHAT

Far too often, apps lose clients because they are difficult to navigate or complex back end features are not intuitively understood on the front end. STRATON partners with your start-up or existing development team to create beautiful and easy-to-use applications to increase user engagement.

HOW

While no two clients are the same, here is what you can expect:

1. Introduction to the team and the product.
This is best if done in person as our partnerships usually last from 6-12 months and we truly want to be an extension of the team. We've found that fostering these relationships early on has a significant, positive impact. We'll deep dive into the existing product, ask lots of questions and really get to know the people we will be working with. This helps us determine pain points for the product and collectively determine what our definition(s) of success will be. 

2. Create an optimized workflow
Every team is different and we are quick learners when it comes to new tools, but some of the tools we like to work with are: Slack, JIRA, github, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Trello

3. Iterate, conceptualize, prototype, get feedback, design, deliver, repeat.
